Real Estate Litigation Attorney
Our client is seeking an experienced Real Estate Litigation Attorney to join a busy and established real estate practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled litigator who can immediately assume responsibility for an active caseload and handle matters independently from inception through resolution.
The successful candidate will join a collaborative team with a strong and consistent pipeline of work already in place. No book of business is required. The firm offers sophisticated real estate litigation matters, meaningful client interaction, and a manageable billable hour requirement that supports long-term professional success.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have a J.D., be licensed and in good standing with the Colorado Bar, and possess at least five years of real estate litigation experience. This attorney should be capable of independently managing cases from intake through resolution, with significant experience handling easement disputes, partition actions, HOA matters, and other real property disputes. Strong research, writing, advocacy, deposition, mediation, and courtroom skills are essential, along with excellent client management abilities and the capacity to effectively manage multiple deadlines.
Experience representing property owners, community associations, developers, investors, or commercial real estate clients is preferred, as is familiarity with title, boundary, ownership, and land use disputes. The ideal candidate will be a practical advisor who can effectively negotiate resolutions while remaining prepared to litigate when necessary.
